Had to have some work done on the M3 and took it to them. The short version is, I am quite happy with the work and the price.

The details:

Called around and they had the best price. Tried getting a quote from Dave Davis but he never did get me one. I got tired of chasing him after a week!

MPowered sent me a quote right away and then followed up with a couple emails.

Brought the car to them Monday. They provided me a ride home and a ride to go pick it up (today, Wednesday). They kept me up to date with information on how the work was going, any problems found (they do a courtesy check to see what else might need attention) and suggested which should be done now and which could wait.

They vacuumed out the car and went over details of the repair. The person working on the car gave me details of what he found and also gave me a couple tips on things to do.

When I brought the car in the service adviser, Michael Doherty, suggested doing the Vanos rebuild which we did and which the tech told me, when I picked it up, was REALLY needed.

I'd recommend these folks to anyone needing BMW work.

As a bonus they will be signing on as a sponsor and gave me the discount!

Ron

That's great to hear Ron. I agree on all accounts, Mike and Jordan (the owner) are very professional and it shows that it's not just another job to them; they love cars too.

Here's a new thread that was just started on NC Euro (they're a big sponsor there too) and it seems they are certainly doing something right:

Another big thumbs up for MPowered Auto. They did an ECU re-flash on my 330i today, and I couldn't be happier with these guys. I dealt with Jordan, Trey, Michael, and Joey - all were very professional - not a hint of the BS I sense from dealerships service depts, and the price was literally less than half of what the dealerships quoted. he tech, Trey, even pointed out a part on my car that's showing signs of a common E46 failure/problem, and they had the OEM replacement part in stock for a very competitive price.

Awesome!

Another great experience with them. Went in to have an exhaust leak looked at. I figured it was covered under their warranty from the head change on the M3. Well, turns out it wasn't something they worked on but they fixed the problem and for no charge. What fine service.

After Chris's suggestion I took my M3 to MPowered for the inspection, and they were very knowledgeable and enjoy their work. You dont see that every day! I will be going back when needed.
