Do not buy from JIC!

I bought a set of coilovers from them last august when received I installed them to find out on the rear assemblies was defective. After calling and talking with them they had me mail back both rear assemblies to have them checked out and repaired if needed. They sent them back to me saying nothing was wrong. This was obviously not true because it made a loud banging noise, but I digress. Since last August I have had three separate JIC people working on my case get fired and I have had them lose the whole suspension kit after sending it back to them under warranty. I finally had them sort out the problem this past month after finish asking to speak to the owner on the phone. Hopefully I will be receiving a new suspension kit in mid may from the invoice they sent me. They would not give me a refund.
