Found http://www.edecals.com after searching for permanent racing numbers online.

They have every possible font, style, magnetic, pernament, color you could possibly want. And lots of decals you won't want. wow.

I got the SCCA number and class kit and after approving an email image they sent me, it arrived in the mail in a couple of days.

Installation was pretty simple. Not bad for around $40.

Maybe everyone already knew about these folks.
