I've been with State Farm forever for auto insurance. I would like however to change agents from the one I have.

Any of you have a State Farm agent that really does a good job for you? Anyone that actually understands something about autocrossing and doesn't run under the table if it gets mentioned, or just give back a totally blank stare? That isn't a requirement (since most agents are clueless about amateur motorsports anyway).

I think I like State Farm overall. But I need a new agent. I live near Garner, not far from the 401 and Ten-Ten intersection. Somebody on this side of town would be more convenient, but I really care most about having somebody that knows their stuff.

Thanks,

Miles

Miles,
I did not see this post for some time. I have ben using Myron Jarman as my State Farm agent for about 20 years. He has helped me keep comprehensive coverage on my blue beater Datsun without having to have collision on it. He is located in the shopping center at the intersectio of 1010 road and Holly Springs road. His tele is 859-5261.

My friend Bob and his family has changed agents with State Farm but had to threaten to take their coverage on 7 cars and $1 million in houses to get the change.

Miles:

We have good luck with Debbie Ligget in Cary, multiple total loss
claims, flood and storm damage on the house, etc etc. They did
not drop us, service is good, and rates still reasonable.
