 Post subject: any recommendations on inboard/outboard boat repair?

My brother and I have an ol' '89 Chaparral 18' speed boat w/ an inboard/outboard 3.0l Cobra motor.. that doesnt work.

It ran at first, but we pulled the motor to clean up the hull. While out we cleaned up the motor and rebuilt the carb. now thats its back together there is an electrical issue and it won't spark. Its parked at my Dad's house so its a pain to get to and work on. In short, we're out of patience and want it done now! We want to drop it off somewhere to get totally fixed up and the shift and steering linkage all aligned, etc.

Any recommendations?
