Need: 4 Avon 205/50/16s mounted in a quick timeframe WITHOUT an appointment

So, with that knowledge, I was worked into the schedule and my job was completed with great alacrity. I think what I was most impressed with was the quality of the worksmanship. While this may sound relatively silly, I have had many jobs paid for that things were 'half-assed'. This was not the case, and infact, I thought the job done was one of the best I have ever seen.

- Directional tires mounted with 2 lefts and 2 rights == Check
- Tires mounted and balanced WITHOUT exterior wheel weights and WITHOUT me asking == Check
- Tire balanced WELL, and much better than places I have paid MUCH more at == Check
- Rims in good condition when I picked them up == Check

I would have to say this is, by far, the BEST tire installation/rotation experience I have had in a LONG time, and I would DEFINITELY suggest them to anyone. I generally have to fight with installers to NOT kill the rims, and to NOT put wheel weights on the exterior side of the wheel. These are both things he did without asking without direction -- I am highly impressed.

Superb job, and GREAT guy.

Mark is the only tire guy I have seen in some time that gives a rat's ass if the job is done right.

I remember when some guy named Brian Herring was new around here. He posted some question about Hubcap Heaven and what followed was one of many "interesting" threads around here - don't bother searching, it's been removed from general circulation :)

I'm happy to report that Brian actually gets it now:)

If one of us had chimed in with the list of things reported by Brian it would have gone a long ways to ending that thread on page 1. Instead we all replied with "informative" things like "Because Mark ROCKS!" Unfortunately, for those that don't know Mark, that isn't a detailed enough answer.

Thanks for reminding us *why* Mark and Holly ROCK!

Scott

Hence why I posted this, Scott.

There service and attention to detail without being told is definitely top notch. I will be back again.

Since leaving the area, I have had several num-nuts handle my wheels here in Shelby. None are even half as competent as Hubcap Heaven.

If gas wasn't so damn expensive, you can be sure I'd be paying them a visit for Saturday morning installs. It would be worth a 6 hour round trip...

I KNEW there was a reason we really liked Hubcap Heaven as a sponsor! :D

Mark is 'one of us' ... and it shows!
