We have abtained sponsorship from The Digital Chassis in Durham
starting this year (2006). The shop is owned and run by Brad Moyer,
who together with his father have decades of experience with
alignments and front end work. Brad specalizes in performance alignments on sedans, sports cars, lowered or modified performance cars, race cars, and attention to detail. Just about anyting except large trucks. Expect to pay slightly higher prices from "chain store shops" but you get what you pay for.

The Ditial Chassis has a loyal following from Tarheel Chapter BMWCCA as
well as PCA. Brad wants to SUPPORT our Club's Track & AX Program's. Brad comes highly recomended from many different sources so give him a try and tell us what you think.

Finding a good alignment shop that will work
on modified cars with non-stock specifications has always been a
re-occuring thread on this forum. I am confident this sponsor can meet
the needs of the club and is one we can show support.

Give them a call or drop by:

919 384 7070
2305 Orangewood Dr
Durham NC 27705

Do we get a discount through this sponsor?

I have been to Brad MANY times (3.1 miles from my front door), and he does superb work. He also mounts/balances and will take tires you order to go directly to him for installation.

Oh, he is VERY fair and willing to work with the customer as well. For instance, the camber plate orientation I had on my STi was not giving the numbers I wanted, and he worked with me on another appointment to allow me to make changes and come back. The total of the two vists then equalled our predetermined sum. Great guy, and ALWAYS a pleasure to work with.

Oh, he can be as precise as you are willing to pay (this includes use specific tire balancing -- good enough to I am racing on ViR ;))

I was referred to Brad in 2004 after I got new camber plates. I thought he did a good job.

For you history buffs, his shop is only a short distance from the Bennett Place, site of the negotiations between Generals Johnston and Sherman for the end of the Recent Unpleasantness.

This sounds like some new deal between THSCC and Triad, and I don't like the sounds of it at all. Get your guns!
