I heard on the radio last night that one of the THSCC sponsors, CapriFlavors, is holding cooking classes. It appears from their website that they may do this regularly, but I just heard about it last night. Might make an interesting Christmas gift for someone. :) Click on the "Let's cook with Titina" circle image at the top right on their homepage for info on the classes.

My wife and I did a class with her and enjoyed it. It was fun to cook/dine with strangers in an intimate setting..the conversation during dinner was very interesting.

We've done this too ... enjoyed it so much we bought gift certificates for friends. I think Titina's mom is credited with making the first Caprese salad. The classes tend to fill up quickly so reserve early.

Emmie:
Sharon has done a couple of these with friends and loved it. My daughter has also done one.

Also, it's the best place to buy Italian foodstuffs like Canoli, sausage, etc. They have the kind of stuff you can't buy in a supermarket. They're open on Sat. mornings, too!

The warehouse is Ugo's garage for his Spec Miatas!
