Just got a set of Falcon Ziex ZE512's from Mark at Hubcap Heaven (919-319-3484.) I highly recommend calling him for your next set of tires. Pricing was on par with most online retailers and there was a THSCC discount on mounting/balance.

How are the Ziex ze512's? I've looked at them but haven't gotten them before.

They seem very grippy for an inexpensive all-season tire. I don't think they have quite as much straight-line grip as my Potenza RE950's had, but I do think that the cornering is as good if not better. It's hard to compare cornering because my old tires were pretty badly worn by the time I replaced them, but the new tires feel much more confident and I have yet to make them start squealing despite the fact that I'm taking the same off-ramps at the same speeds as I was with the old tires.

If their wet grip is as good as I've read, then I think I will be very pleased with these tires considering they were only $50 each.

Mark is trying to be as competitive as he can with the online dealers. That says a lot, especially when you consider the amount of mounts/dismounts that an idiot like I do in a year, and he has yet to even lightly scratch a single rim I own.

If you can get a better deal online, tell him, and he will surely try to trim his price to make it as good as possible. If he can't, he'll tell you, and will have no hard feelings about you buying them elsewhere.

I have no affilation, I'm just a happy customer of HH for the past two years :) - AB

Mark's the man.

I ordered some seats and sliders from him and it didn't work out. Not only did he find me a great deal, but when I couldn't use them he happily took them back and I immediately burned the credit on a new set of rims and tires.

Tough to find better service and customer care than that these days.

(BTW those new rims are getting the Ziexes mounted on them. Glad to hear that they're a competent all season.)

Maybe an ITR in DS.

^ Were those black leather Forzas that I saw in there the ones that he ordered for you? They looked pretty sweet.
