As some of you may know I had a slight mishap with a floor jack
following our VIR-S event resulting in a estimated $950 worth of
damage to the Corvette.
Dropped off the Corvette Monday at ACS in Fuqay Vaina. It was ready
this afternoon as promised. This is the shop that does the restoration
work for K&E who I considered rebuilding the '92 x-Michael Bird
Corvette but talked me out of it.
They did an outstanding job well exceeded my expectations:
1- total came in $200 LESS than estimate
2- finished to perfection down to the GM style rivets
on the rocker sill.
3- fixed scrape on the side mirror and buffed the entire car
4- car was finished yesterday, completely detailed
today front to back, top to bottom, inside and out.
I forgot to ask him if the plastic light lenzes can be restored.
They have a shop in Cary but was advised the F.V location is
where they do Corvettes.
I would highly recomend them to anyone.
