I know we have a few folks that sell/provide home and auto insurance, but do we have anyone in the health insurance market. Or, any recommendations?

thanks!

I am with BCBS and purchased directly from them beginning 10 years ago. My co-pay is $35 for doctors visits and my monthly premium is $179.xx I have used the insurance several occasions for procedures and I have never had any problems or surprises when the bill came. Truth be told, even with the procedures I probably would have saved money not having insurance and paying cash, but you never know that ahead of time. Now with the gumment penalties for not having health insurance, it may make more sense to purchase it.

Good to know and thanks Jordan. That's not bad at all if your deductible isn't too shabby especially.

I've always had BCBS but sort of testing waters to see what else is out there.

I hate BCBSNC with a passion. READ THEIR POLICY and what they will pay for. They are restrictive on what they will pay for and for what treatments and physicians. Not only that they lie like rugs if you ask them why something isn't covered. Try the marketplace, you are young and you may find that your rates are not bad there plus you should get a choice. Remember, its not the big bad government that is providing it but the benevolent private sector which has only your best interest and well-being at heart.
