You want AMSoil in the transmission and diff according to the fast SoCal crew.

For a manual this is the one to have, forget the FSM unless you are actually a Mazda tech for a living. It's for an NA, but the drivetrain on an NB is almost indentical except the head.

Pennzoil Synchroshift worked fine in my car, it was like buttah...

I have MTL in miy tranny and Mobil 1 in the rear diff IIRC.
