The problem I am having with Knightdale Family Practice is with perscriptions. Every script I have gotten from them in the last year has been lost in thin air or sent to the wrong pharamcy. I have verified which pharmacy I want to use each time and it is the same one. Today I went in at 11:15 for an appointment. At 2:00 nothing had been sent. I called the doctor's office and they said they would send it again. At 4:30 nothing still. I called the doctor's office and they said they would send it again. The pharmacy said that the electronic scripts sometimes are delayed by up to an hour so I left. I went back at 9:00 and still nothing. I had the pharmacy check all thier locations in town and they even called CVS to see if they had anything for me.

I called back to the doctor's office to leave a genaral message. The phone system forwarded me to a line without an answering machine.

Time to find another physician.

Yes I voted against you joining the club.

I wonder if they're related to Triangle Family Practice in Durham, on Fayetteville Road. That place sucked. Switched to a place in the UNC system and it's orders of magnitude better there. I've never even had to wait for an appointment. They're always on schedule.
