Quick advice needed for anyone online who may know. Emmie's Mini broke down and is being towed from Warrenton to Raleigh by Pinnacle Towing. The destination is Flow Mini, but the tow truck driver tells Emmie Pinnacle works on BMWs and Minis too. A quick search shows they have a lot of good ratings. Does anyone have any personal experience they can offer up in the next hour and a half or so before they get there?

Thanks!

I know "nothing". Just in case you haven't found it, here is their website.

Well, some further searching turned up nothing bad, so we decided to give it a shot. Fingers crossed.

why not take it to Mark Cooper or Dave Davis? I know Mark's crew did a great job on replacing the clutch on the Golf. Dave is branching out to Mini Coopers now.

Pinnacle did a good job, treated us very well. It was a bad fuel pump, and they gave us a good price on the part and the installation. They spotted cracks in the alternator belt and replaced that for $100, and gave us a state inspection. Including about $100 overage on my Allstate towing coverage from Warrenton, the total was $850 out the door. Kevin and Chris get the thumbs up from us.
