Our downstairs unit has crapped out. I guess 21 years is a good life. :)

Anyway and recommendations for an HVAC company would be appreciated. We do have a service that we are under contract with for maintenance. However a big job like this requires estimates and preferably the ability to finance.

We have had good service from Airmakers. They have put a new system in at our house and kept our old system working as long as they could.

I use Comfort Wizards out of Garner for my home and rental properties.
They service anywhere in the triangle.
They'll give estimates
They can finance
They do quality work and I never feel taken advantage of.

I had All American HVAC do my upstairs HP 5 years ago, and had them come back to do my downstairs unit 6 months ago. Both times I had ductwork redone (was approaching 30 yrs old), and I've been happy with their work.
