After consulting with a few of THSCC's Miata gurus at the AX school I found the Miata really needs a larger front bar.

On Monday the 8th I ordered one from www.gomiata.com and thought surely it would arrive in seven days at the very latest. I waited patiently until Tuesday the 16th to give them a call to find out the status since my CC had already been charged. I was told the warehouse lost my order :x , but the order was shipped on the 15th and would arrive the following Monday the 22nd. The lady said since the order had already shipped that it couldn't be sped up to arrive earlier. The 22nd was two late for our first points event, but what could I do now? Oh well.

After my new end-links arrived (in two days) from Trussville Mazda I was irritated with Go Miata's lack of customer service. This morning I wrote an e-mail stating my case with dates and so forth. I also mentioned that since the error was theirs, they should have offered to send me a bar Fed-Ex with no extra cost to me. Oh and I might have mentioned that they received their first and last order from me.

After lunch I received a call from their customer service rep  (wow they do read their e-mail) in regards to my dissatisfaction. I was informed that another bar would be shipped to me via Fed-Ex and would arrive tomorrow by 3:00. I told the rep that was the kind of customer service I was looking for and I would order from them in the future because of that response.

Customer service goes a long way in my book. Price is a factor, but not paramount IMO.
So if you need Miata parts and want good customer service I'd recommend giving www.gomiata.com a shot.

I've never dealt with gomiata, but for all my aftermarket Miata parts (and now MINI parts as well) I think the best people to do business with are R-Speed out of GA www.RSpeed.net They are all Miata freaks, racers, and all around good peeps (and members of TEAM POINTLESS!). Tell Joe, Marlene, Munchkin or Peter that Golden1 sent you!
