I need to get access to my hand-brake cables under the car (one has seized) but they're up above the exhaust in the tunnel. It's a custom exhaust and it looks like it was built in place and is basically a single welded piece from the cat all the way back. So I need to cut it and have flanges welded in two places so that I can drop the exhaust out without having to cut it up each time. My local exhaust shop say they can do it but I need to provide the 3" flanges. One pair with 3 holes and another pair with 2. I found a couple of places online but was wondering if there's a local source.

Thanks.

Simon

Just throwing this out, but R&J exhaust is a club supporter and they do custom work. They're located in Apex....

I have ordered from this place several times. Lots of flanges in stock, quick shipping from Canada. I think you need to pretend you're a business and present a tax ID number.

Update: R&J Exhaust did a quick and cheap job adding a flange to my system. Now I can disconnect the pipe and it swings down enough for me to get to the HB cables.

Good job R&J !!
