Hi everyone,

All right, all right, I see everyone taking a quick step backwards :D

Seriously I'm looking for 1 or maybe 2 folks to take on a small project that will really help out the club. What we would like to do is start preparing an document to reference if an emergency happens at one of our events. This emergency action plan would have a prominent location in the bus and would be a quick reference guide if we needed to get medical, fire or police help.

The first step will be to compile a list of emergency numbers for each site as well as directions to local medical facilities and any other information we might need (such as written directions too the site with street names, distances, etc so we could properly direct emergency responders too us).

We have been talking about doing this for some time but we have never gotten around to it. So in order to get the ball rolling I'm asking for your help.

Please Email me offlist if you would like to help.

Thank you.

Shawn
