I'm planning to do a bus day in January. Kevin/Christine, could I count on you to get the bus over to my place? Any weekends that do not work for you?

We plan to be right down the road from you on the 19th, so that would be a good day to deliver the bus.

Other than that, no plans.

What time on the 19th would work for you? If you can get it by early enough, we could do the bus day that day. Or on Sunday would work too.

We could be there early, and would need to leave by 11am (without the bus, of course).
