How-To Join the THSCC Email List

I'm going to unsticky this topic as the URL is no longer active and the thscc listserv has probably been deleted as I can't find it and we have a policy that deletes lists that aren't used for 3 months or more.

Email communication will take place through MSR for mass communication.

That reminds me, what's a good way to be sure that walk-up registrants receive our survey emails? I think Rob L. has been using MSReg, but that only gets people who registered online.

That's probably a little bit of a tough proposition I would guess since we're using MSR.

We could start adding folks to MSR when they walk up to register. I know we've talked about doing that this season, but we'll need a hotspot in the Van/Bus

Yep, or have a sheet on a clipboard handy where they can enter their email addresses if they'd like to receive surveys. I'd be glad to manage the survey invitation process (i.e. maintain the list and send the emails) if that'd be helpful.
