I remember several people (VPs, timing workers, chairs, etc) mentioning "to do" items for the bus and our stuff at the last few events. Can't remember all of the items specifically but I listed some I remember below.

Please respond to this post with things we need to do to the bus and equipment. I will clean up and merge the other thread into this and make a master list.

We have a month until the official bus day, let's make sure we have everything in hand that we need beforehand.

- Roof hatch water leak
- Water damaged flooring? Reinforce?
- PA wiring cleanup, PA wireless antenna missing?
- PA FRS radio tie-in wiring - labelling/location?

- Replace bus accessory battery (should do this every 2 years)
- Bus trans fluid - Leaking? due for replacement?
- Regular maintenance - check records
- Bent trailer end cap/skirt - repair
- Add caster wheel to trailer end to avoid future damage?

- Clean and sort cones
- Order new cones

A few things that should happen RIGHT NOW. Volunteers?

- Package and send Display back for reconditioning
- Send ALL the timing equipment back for
- new connectors on JAC boxes
- new wiring and connectors on all laser heads
- stress test all extension cables

I pack and ship fairly often. So I have the stuff to handle shipping the timing equipment. Where/when can I pick up the display and equipment?

the carpet under the driver's feet gets wet when it rains, or when the bus windshield is sprayed with a hose. not sure exactly where it's coming from, but it's not coming from the area behind the driver's seat.
