Yep, I'm available this time, and plan to drive the bus to Sanford.

Christine and I would like to pick it up Friday after work, since we'll be in the area at that time. We'll be loading up the coolers and stuff at our house on Saturday morning. Christine will be going to Wilmington to see a friend on Saturday, so Cosby Wood will be following me to Sanford.

Stephen has told me that the setup crew will be meeting at Hardee's in Sanford at noon. I'm thinking that's about 5 miles or so past the airport for me, so Cosby and I may just go straight to the airport.

Has anyone verified that the time we plan to arrive is ok with the airport folks? I remember hearing that they made you guys wait several hours to get in last time.

Any other issues to discuss?

Thanks for driving the bus. Living in Greenville would make it hard for me to get it to Sanford. You and Christine do more than your share.
Les and I plan to meet at the Hardee's near the old airport at noon and be at the site by 1:00 p.m. We have been told that the fire department will be finished by then, but if not we can just go to the end of the runway and start setting up. They are only using one part of the airport.

I think you and Walter covered it all. I talked to the folks in Sanford and they are only using our usual "pit area" on Saturday, so we should be fine for course set-up.

In regards to meeting time....I would say, meet us at Hardee's at 12, or at the airport at 12:45.
