Emmie doesn't think Matthew Johnson renewed this year, so his finishing 2nd in Production GT in the Rally America National Championship would not strictly fit that bill. However, I have a DVD of the TV show where he rolled, and it is great- if there's a TV with DVD at the party I'd love to play it if anyone's interested.

Bob Wall didn't renew either, so his 2005 ClubRally National Championship victory doesn't count, I guess. I was codriving for him when we won the championship event, but that didn't make me the ClubRally National Champion codriver, so take that for what it's worth.
