V Foundation followup

Wes Eargle and Aaron Buckley stopped by the V-Foundation to drop off the donation from the May Sanford event ($1650). There was a nice photo op. The picture is below. Do yall see the GRM stickers... Yeah, I thought you did. Keep an eye out for that in the future.

BTW, where do you get those giant checks???

I can't promise anything, but I know some of the GRM folks, let me know if the pic gets "lost" and I'll ask them if they can't find it for us.....

The check was made by the same folks that are now doing teh Autocross trophies (it's a small shop in Wilson, right across where Vincent works). Wes has already talked to GRM, and it sounds like it's a done deal.

As for that thing on Wes's neck, I don't know. It wasn't like that when he skipped out of work to go to the V office.

Also, the V Foundation gave us some "Livestrong" type bracelets as a thank-you for participants. If you would like one, and participated in this event, please see me at the next club meeting.
