This is directed at the officers.
Are we going to setup deals with hotels for the season?
We did a deal last year with Comfort Inn at L'burg. Then this year we made one for the 40th with Hampton in L'burg. And Hampton in Southern Pines for Rockingham.
Could we setup an agreement at the beginning of the season for the whole season? Personally I like the Hampton better than any of the others. Since we used Hampton at both sites maybe we could get an even better deal making them our official club hotel?
Oh and since I brought it up I'd be more than willing to pursue this...
