Art has invented a new autox element -- the Pivot Cone Box, i.e. PCB. 200' x 100' box, two pivot cones on each end of 200' dimension.
Enter mid-box on the 200' side and require 90° turn toward pivot cone #1; pivot around that cone then full acceleration to pivot cone #2 at the other end of 200' box; pivot around cone #2 and back the length to the pivot cone #1; pivot around cone #1 again and proceed to exit (which was the entry).

Obviously said by one who has not run a public ("any drunken idiot with a phone can spew whatever they want") forum. FB is Very Bad(tm) because it's totally open, and we don't have (and CANNOT have) 24/7 moderation. And then there's the population of 12yo's ranting there.

Triad has a public forum. It's a ghost town, no one really posts there.

Seems like that would solve the vast majority of our problems.

They did that in our part of the state too, didn't they? I seem to recall seeing that stuff along the sides of Highway 50 on the way toward Benson (i.e. the old way to get to I-95 way back long before I-40 existed).

The 2015 NCAC Committee has adopted the following By Laws for all future NCAC's. If you have any questions or concerns please contact one of your NCAC Committee members.

Each Club will appoint 2 members to srve on the NCAC Committee . This Committee will have final say over any controversial decisions .
Each NCAC Event will follow the basic Sups from the SCCA National Tours
All SCCA Classes will be available , Classes may be combined (ex Ladies to 3 Paxed groups) but must be represented .
Course Maps , Grid and any Class Changes must be approved by one appointed member from each Club .
The Club Cup will be determined by the Top 10 highest Paxing members times each Club , lowest total win .
The number of members counted may be reduced with approval from the NCAC Committee .

In the past the Club Cup has always been the Top 8-10 in Pax from each Club ..This had been determined by past NCAC Committee's as the easiest , most fair and least likely to be manipulated formula . This years hosting Club would like to average the Pax from EVERY Club member present for each Club . This was rejected in previous years because it was easily manipulated by having slower drivers chose not to drive or not to choose a Club affiliation . It was even discussed that a Club could easily bring their better drivers and ask their slower drivers not to choose an affiliation . The past Committees determined as stated it was an easily manipulated format and also alienated some of the drivers who were proud of their Club affiliation but would opt not to choose an Affiliation so they didnt hurt their Clubs score . The current NCAC Committee would like the NCAC Members in put on this format.
