Bus day is on, 10-2 this Saturday. Right now this is more of a clean up and order crap to be replaced day. If we find major stuff to address (and I hope not considering time/effort/money spent last year) we'll schedule a followup work day. Off of the top of my shiny head, we need....

> make sure all forms are in order and labeled for quick access.
> make sure waivers from last year are signed by officers and filed
> check first aid
> check tires/pressures/bearings, retorque nuts as needed

> check ALL electrical stuff and make sure in good working order

> check all cables
> check all radios and batteries. We need to recycle the old stuff that's been accumulating

> check helmets for dates and overall condition, chunk what's bad
> look over file cabinets and make sure still secure

> check cones and chunk any bad cones

I'm sure there's more stuff to do. I think w/ this much to review, we can use 8-10 folks on site, plenty to do.
