well i just read the proposed 2012 schedule.

pfft. it is a shame really. i wanted to bring The Kid out to a couple of these this year but 150 mile round trips are a bit drastic for my level of interest.

What the hell is the surprise Steve? It's not like anything on the schedule is out of the norm. Quit whining you baby ass pansy.

really James am i whining or is it maybe that my poon hurts?

one event at Sanford? i get NCCAR, that plays to the Down East contingent and it is actually close -ish to me. Burlington as our NOV School? how far from G-Vegas is Burlington? might want to poll for instructors before ya'll sink too much time in to that one.

i dig that we have a new site, and that it is nowhere near Raleigh. (shades of L'Burg) but i can't personally justify the overnight to bring MM to the school. not yet anyway, maybe it will grow on me.

here's the thing; if you want new members, where exactly are you planning on pulling them from? we now traverse over one third of the state with our events. who are we targeting? how are we targeting them? not a critique so much as an observation.

2 events at Sanford and burlington is closer to the majority of our members. It will be the closest site to Raleigh by far.

Last event will be in Sanford which is farther from Raleigh than burlington.

see James, this is what happens when i don't follow the forums as closely as i should. i am on the fence with the new site, as i am sure some others are. get me some good intel, maybe an Embassy Suites that is close by with a Tex-Mex that rivals the one in L'Burg and we shall see.

and BTW, Sanford is fairly close to Angier. Burlington is what, 85 miles from Angier? ya'll are obviously not taking my best interests to heart James.

again, are we making any effort to recruit new folk from Triad's general operating area? Guilford CCC?

and what is a "circuit cross" ? VIR Patriot Course?
