Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, I stand before you after pleading my case and my concerns and I admit defeat. The majority has spoken.... Randy's it is, but I caveat this request by the club.

1) Meeting times start as usual, 6:30 with the actual meeting starting at now at 7:15. This should allow us time to eat, have the presentations and wrap up and not hold up Randy's.
2) I respectfully ask Stephen to wrap up all communications with Randy's and to set expectations of our club meeting since he started the initial communications.
> We need a dedicated area to sit
> Understand we may run past their 8p closing time
> Inform Randy we will meet in March on the 14th as a trial run
3) I will inform Carl and ME of the meeting location to reflect changes on the web page and popups.
4) I will cancel the meeting at RH&B for March

That is all....

Did I tell the 2nd year is harder for some unknown reason?

seriously? unknown? it is quite simple i would guess, the first year you flow with the prior administration's system looking at ways to fine tune and improve upon the status quo.

the second year you realize that every change, no matter how small, is met with fierce opposition.

the more things change, the more they stay the same. 8)

well except for the MadBallr & Kronk Juce. this i blame on Nancy Reagan. a wasted generation that can't get wasted in a proper manner..........

FYI, the website popup says the meeting is 2/22/2012 (instead of 3/22/2012). It does say the March 2012 meeting, so maybe this is just a test?

Good catch, will ask the webmasters to correct.

I know I'm the new guy around here, but not giving Red Hot and Blue a try is disappointing. Not because the meeting was moved further away from Raleigh, though that is inconvenient for me. No, as a diabetic, moving to a pizza place is a super bummer. I'll have to grab something to eat on the way to the meeting.

Sorry bud, but realistically, we had the meeting at a pizza place for many years. To be fair, with my wife and I dieting, we've been eating before coming to the meetings for a while as well. Its still fun to get together with people and socialize, regardless of the food. I hope this doesn't prevent you from coming out.

There IS a great italian place right next door, perhaps you could grab something there.

Did you check out their menu? I'm not a diabetic expert, but they have other food besides pizza.

You guys are funny. I'll have a 25 minute recap at the meeting of how awesome the TNT was btw.

If you could please give an hour-by-hour recap of what the weather was like in Laurinburg, that'd be great. Please include temperature (in F & C), barometric pressure, estimate rainfall per hour, and the cloud cover.

Sorry Brett, but this location is more central and easier to get to and it does eliminate wait staff issues. I have had the wings at Randy's and I give them a
