Hey - to make sure that the Sept 5th RallyX at BMW Farm doesn't get cancelled, make sure you sign up!

There are only 10 folks registered so far, and we need a minimum of 25 registered before 29-Aug.

Do we need any of the following?

- Event chairs?
- Volunteer to deliver the bus?
- Volunteer to take the bus back?
- Course prep/set-up volunteers? (is this morning of, or day before?)[/u]

I'm happy to volunteer for something. My co-driver from last time can't make it, so it would be hard to drive the bus unless I teamed up with someone else to drive along and then take me back to my car.

I've only done this once, and so am a poor candidate to chair the event and/or lay out a course.

Your co-driver is welcome to drive my car; that way he can stick with a Forester...

Yes.

I will be happy to give a ride to the bus driver. I am not sure where the bus is at the moment.

The bus is in Bahama at Pet's Companion Inn.

Well, it's probably going to L/burg for the Nationals Prep weekend Aug 15-16, so I have no idea where it will go from there. After the RX on Sept 5 it would be great to see it come back to Bahama if possible so it will be ready to go to Danville AX at the end of September. That is, unless there's something Chris needs to do that requires the bus to be at his home in Apex. Not trying to step on any toes, just speaking logistically.

You're it!

We need some graphics by August 21st.
We need more drivers! There are only 10 people signed up for the event. (Really 9 since Jeremy says he is out.)

Bus will likely stay in Bahama - the Nationals Prep weekend will be picking up a selection of cones and a timer only - they aren't planning to take the whole rig. Would be great for the Rx folks to get it back to Bahama after their event.

Well,
We only have 13 people preregistered for the Sept 5.

Ash and I discussed this to today. We are in agreement to cancel this event.

I know we are doing this a little more than the 1 week ahead of the event, but with the holiday weekend we thought it would give people a little extra time to plan something else.

The next event is October 25th. Let hope for some more interest by then.

Regards

If you are in need of an event chair for the October event I would be willing to do that. I would just need to find someone who was generous enough to rent me a seat in their car for the event as well.
