Set Up Day on July 31th

The current plan is to have the bus at the site by 5:00PM on Friday. That should give us a few hours to set up and test the course. If a few folks are able to be there earlier we'll take some more time off work and get the bus there earlier.

I can help setup but can't get there much earlier that 5PM, maybe 4PM at the earliest...

where is the bus right now?

Im trying to work on getting there much earlier, but if the bus isnt there then i dont think im much of a use.

The bus is currently about 3 mi. north of Crabtree Valley Mall at my home. The current plan is to attempt to get away from work early tomorrow and get the bus to OCS between 4 & 5 PM. If ayone would like to join us for set up, please send me an email with your contact information and I'll send my cell # so you can get in touch with me before you set off for the track. Also, indicate the earliest time you would be available. If interest is sufficiently high we may move the time up to minimize the risk of a late afternoon thunderstorm.
