It's time for our final rallycross of the season, and it's gonna be a good one! It will be held next Saturday (not this Saturday), November 3rd at our fun Four Oaks site.

We will have a bit of a Halloween theme for this one, including a special surprise at the end of competition. We don't want to give it all away, but here's a bit of a hint:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=415AKZGr1to

It's pretty hard to see, but that was a 1 gallon jug of water going up there.

Event info, including times, prices, and directions can be found at:

http://thscc.com/rallycross/events/2007 ... 3info.html

Online registration is highly recommended, and is fast and easy. Do that here:

http://thscc.com/rallycross/prereg_rallyx.html

Hope to see y'all there!
Carl

The all terrain acclaim is (or was) a demolition derby car now (or then).

So I just wanted to let everyone know that one of the tractor repair guys actually made it out to look at the tractor yesterday... AFTER we mowed everything with a freaking riding lawn mower. There's a bad seal on a fuel line, and the pump was pulling air in through the leak (not leaking as in fuel coming out, just air going in). He's replacing it today. So we'll have the tractor available for fixing the ruts between run groups. And I may build an additional jump. :D Just have to see how it goes, and this is ASSuming that he makes it back today to complete the job.

We need ammo for the Pumpkin Chunker. :angeldevil:

The ideal pumpkin would be 8lbs. Not too much heavier.

If anyone coming Saturday has some leftover pumpkins they want to bring that would be great
or
lookout for an after halloween sale

I'll bring one. Hopefully Sonya won't notice it's gone.

hmm, cool.. just.. what can happen when diesels have a fueling problem, that can burn up the injectors and pump, cause the fuel sorta lubricates the pieces, but, if the tractor is running that would be great.

we have a new tire for the toyota, we will see if this works out. the dumlop p60 is what broke, we have a diffrent tire this time.

what do you think pumpkins would cost at farmers market. 8#

So it was air in the lines, only not what we thought it was from. Glad to know that they finally came out to try and fix it.

Wow, only 21 entries? Where is everyone? Last year the final, non-points event had our biggest field of the season... :whoknows:

Unfortunately I can't be there for this one. Next year I plan on attending more than 3 events.

Dustin, thanks for the offer to drive your OBS. I wish I could take you up on the offer.
