Yes a real TSD (time, speed, distance) road rally....

Sunday, Sept. 30th.

Rallymasters: Lance Pickup and Bowie Gray.

It will begin in Bailey, NC at the Hardee's Restaurant. On site registration and check-in will begin at 12 noon, driver's meeting at 1 PM and first car off at 1:46 PM. Approx. 75 miles in length, all paved roads in Nash and Wilson Counties. Will end in Wilson at a restaurant that serves beer.

Entry fee: $20 Pre-Registration can be done on line the usual way and will be open as soon as Carl/Emmie can get to it (no big hurry).

As a side note, the Hardee's in Bailey is a stones throwing distance from the fateful railroad bridge that I ran the bus into 3 years ago. So if nothing else come out and see a piece of THSCC history.

Just an FYI, if we plan to have more than 10 cars that parking lot is too small. Just something to consider.

I need a navigator!

I'll buy your beer, provided you can navigate me to the finish

This is GREAT, i have wanted to try one since reading in the N&O about Tarheel doing one in the mid eighties.
Ash and I have talked about trying to do one ourselves but we have near zero knowledge of what to do. With the learning from this we might be able to set one up next year(All gravel  ).
