What year is that from? Petter crashed out a year or two ago and got back in the rally on the second day in the new supa rally system. He broke a few stage records because he was so pissed off about crashing out. Good stuff.

If you can, check out a video of Gronholm when he was in the 206. He is smoother with even more commitment in the blind corners.

I got a subscriptions to rallylive.com/wrc.com because I couldn't stand to be without my rally coverage. They have pretty decent videos from the day of the rally.

I've seen that before, but it was worth another watch. It's surprising how little Phil is leading Petter with the notes- just 1 corner in most places, less than a second, and no time to react if something was said (or heard) wrong. But Phil always gets the word out about the 2s and 3s and bad tightens out in plenty of time, I guess that's what makes him one of the best! He even has time to comment several times on their pace relative to the record- truly amazing.

That's the one. The one in Finland that they had to split in two for "safety".

The note reading is ubercrazy. I used to feel sick reading comics in the back of the station wagon on road trips. This sort of thing give me more respect for Simon et al.

Ouninpohja. They split it because he exceded the FIA's 120kph average speed for a stage.

Petter's notes always seemed a little complicated to me.
