Get a 2.RS - they're fastARRRRRRR.

And seriously, if you want a great rallyx car, great daily driver that can go just about anywhere in any conditions, and you prefer 4 doors, you should look for a 2002 2.5RS. That's what Adam Koperczak has - although he has a WRX hood on it (Al vs. steel). They're much stiffer and not much heavier - maybe 75 lbs? I think, than my 2000 2.5RS. And the doors are much easier to deal with than mine, especially when it's as windy as yesterday & you're in a parking lot next to another car.

Now that's if you want the daily driver and not just a cheap POS to rallyx. If you just want a cheap pos then nevermind.

Or, you can buy my car, and have the best of both worlds -- "fastARRRRRRR" and "POS"!! ;)

And Mike is right, I am currently shopping for a smokin' deal on an 2.2L Impreza. So if anyone knows where one is, let me know!!! I need the car to get back and forth to work in the snow!!!! The Mustang and the Miata won't cut it in the winter. That's the way I'm justifying it anyway!!!

This one has been posted for a while....

Fast and Fun courses! Mo and Charlie, you guys did a pretty good job!

It was a bit windy, but otherwise the weather was pretty nice. The initial course conditions were slippery, but it did get better throughout the day. The afternoon course was a good bit faster than the morning course (especially the finish) which was a lot of fun.

The General was on his game Saturday. Even after all the hell we've put him through, the old boy still never let's us down. Yeah, he smokes a little, but he's still a tough cookie. With only two drivers, he actually got a little rest!

Adam B. and the other noobs (in the truck) looked to be having a good time. Maybe we have another group hooked on this stuff? 8)

I'm looking forward to our first event at OCS. Hope to see the rest of you out there.

Oh yea... it would not be 'cheap'. It is cheap for an RS, but then again, these things are still going for 9-12K...

6-7K. :)
