So I've been hearing this week that the championship has been moved to Hastings, Nebraska the weekend following what was announced in SportsCar magazine & GRM. Also, that Sue Robinson has resigned. The Subaru guys are speculating that it ain't going to happen until 2007 with the current level of "organization" - so I guess I'll be making other plans for October...

Hey, wanna have a rallycross at my place??? :D

We could just have a rallycross championship series- using Kevin's place + the BMW farm. If we got enough people to act as spotters, we could even use the road from here to there as part of the course!! (just kidding- sort of........). Think of it- a 15-20 minute rallycross/road course!!!

Obey the rules of the road travelling between the two courses and I think we could do it

Main rule, if you get pulled (ticketed or not) you DNF

OR, have a 2 day series. Winners and losers get regrouped and run again at the second location.

I still don't think it would take 15-20 minutes....... Maybe 5.

yeah, it's only 10 miles between the two sites. I think we could average 120, if the road was a closed course...
