Emmie can't make it this weekend, so in the spirit of maximizing fun I'd like to offer up a seat in the Neon for Saturday's event. I would prefer it be someone who has wanted to try a rallycross but hasn't so far for whatever reason, but if none of them step up it could be someone else deserving IMO.

Please respond to me directly via email to carl@fisher.name, not by reply to this thread or PM. In the event that more than 1 person responds, I will choose the one I want, regardless of who might have responded first.

Hi! My name is Elin Nordegren, and I've been thinking about trying rallycross. Here's my picture:

I hope you pick me!

Hi Elin,

Thanks for your interest! I'm currently looking over several dozen applications, but I find yours attractive in its simplicity, so I thought I'd post a quick reply. Even if I'm not able to choose you as my co-driver, I hope you'll be able to come out and spectate.

It looks like the weather is going to be hot, so remember to bring plenty of fluids to drink and dress appropriately. Appropriate attire, whether driving or spectating, would be a wide-brimmed hat and a G- or V-string bikini. Also popular for keeping cool are those water mist spray bottles, which you can use to spray on yourself. I would be happy to take time from my busy job as Rallycross Vice President to assist you in this, or the frequent application of suntan lotion.

Sincerely,
Carl Fisher

Hi Elin!

Though you would certainly have been an "ample" stand-in for me at the event, I hate to inform you that Carl would really prefer to have these 2 young men Image co-drive with him in my absence -- wouldn't you Carl. But, I'm sure Carl would be happy to find an "instructor" and "ride" for you somewhere much closer to your native country -- wouldn't you Carl. However, we do wish to thank you for your interest in our event -- don't we Carl.

Carl's wife who he worships and adores -- don't you Carl.

Hold the phone- she's got a twin sister! :woo:

"Extra credit: Nordegren has a twin sister, Josephin... Their mother, Barbro Holmberg, has served as Sweden's migration minister... Tiger Woods's former longtime girlfriend was UCLA law student Joanna Jagoda..."
