So we've got a rallycross planned at the farm next weekend.

I want to get a list of what needs to be done to get the site ready and who's going to do it and when.

I had a guy run a bush hog over it this week, and the demolition crew should have the burned up and otherwise collapsing structures removed by next week.

I may have gravel spread on the drive and parking area next week, but not 100% on that, still trying to get it delivered and get a guy out there to spread it around. Parking may be a grassy field.

Do we need a bathroom? I have a wooded area on the south end of the property, but that's it.

Do we need insurance? I assume there will be a release of liability form that everyone signs. Do we normally also buy insurance?

Do we need to set up a course in advance? I assume we'll want to get out there and walk it and take a couple of turns through it. When should we do that?

Anything else that I'm not thinking of?

Charles/Charley are working on a porta-potty. We'll head up Friday to set everything up. (It's moved to Saturday, if you've missed the memo.) Bowie has already paid for the club's insurance. (covering sat+sun as that was the schedule at the time.)
