We are back at the dirt oval track in Fayetteville for another round of mud-slinging action. Much like the last event, there will be dirt track racing Saturday night, so we will need help to set everything up on Sunday morning. We can camp out on site and I will be doing so with the bus and crew.

Come up Saturday, watch some racing, have some cheap beer, then wake up and race yourself!

Aren't NASCAR guys rural outlaws?

I'm signed up and ready to go! This is the fastest location we've used as far as I know, and I just got word someone's bringing a Porsche Macan Turbo, 0-60 in 4.6 seconds! S04 has the potential to be faster than N04 on this track.

Our golf is no rocket, but we are going anyway. We hope for lots of turns, our car is agile as hell.Just no rocket.

Check this out,it is a rally bug out of MO.Here they are in MI,or Michigan.Huebee rally out of Mo.They have what appears to be a 914 tranny, cause it is a five speed near as I cna tell.In a beetle, apparently a real hot beetle .

Good news for those of you worried about rain - I spoke to the site owner yesterday, and they will definitely be running their race on Saturday, night, which means we will definitely be running on Sunday!

I would recommend coming prepared with some rain gear, extra clothes, boots, etc. in case the inevitable happens. And again, we encourage anyone interested to come down Saturday evening and watch the race with us (as well as help set up Sunday morning).

I had fun, rain sucked .And yet it packed hte dirt down, like a water truck on a pulling track.Which is where i was sat, and why I looked so red on sun morn.
The turns were plentiful, and meant technique more than speed. The CandD guys were cool! THSCC IN CandD!DUDE!

Anyway, doing the course the right way was awesome, that little wig wag meant alomst nothing.Because the little thing is so freaking nimble. And the surface was unreal.WHich was good, because street tire, would have been useless.Anyhow, the track was awesome.Best result yet for hte little guy!
1 wd, 115 hp and 3k lbs.And a driver who has autocrossed for many years, in a fwd car.Good stuff, the track rewarded technique, and the car rewards bravery. In a way, I feel like I am back in the toyota.Great handling, great brakes,no power.Fun stuff, the rain sucks.Although the surface turned out great.
Was great, big bad luck feeling for the subie obs. That hit was really nasty,I was going to drop the trailer, off hte ford. But Sebass volunteered his car, rally people are awesome. If it can be rebuilt,I say turn her into a full on rally car man.Props on the full roll cage on the beetle, competition cages built it.
Keeping the money in the club is cool,he built the one in my nissan, and the e30.One of which we still have, good stuff.Too bad she broke. One vw down, two left.Randy ,eventually learned two laps are needed. And the Honda eventually behaved, and he flew. That combo won sandblast in class b4.And who taught him how to drive? DAD!Evidence that rally cross can be a steppign stone for better things.Track is step to racing, rally cross is step up worthy for rally.
