1. You have actually competed in a rallycross, and you've either had very good results, or you've done really well with the pos you were stuck driving (or your name is Anders).
2. You've instructed at some sort of driving school before, and/or you are capable of riding along with somebody else & offering constructive criticism.
That's pretty much all we need. None of us are experts, so it's basically a bunch of people getting together to share what has worked &/or hasn't worked for them in their limited experience in the dirt, and maybe trying out some stuff they heard described on the Internet or something - without the pressure of winning/losing.
