Narrow springs will fit on wide perches, but wide springs won't fit on narrow perches, btw. Can't remember which is which right now, but I have spare parts I can look at to remind myself at home. Best to use the springs that go with the struts. Ride height will be an issue when mixing and matching.
Camber bolts will also be involved; make sure you get the right ones (Eibach) and put them in the right places with the right orientation, or things will get screwed up quick.
My plan once I find my next Impreza (may've already found it) is to get worn-out 04 STi struts, get Feal to rebuild/revalve them and add 02 WRX springs and Group N top mounts to finish that part of the car off.
Lots of different ways to do it, though. Most of them will work fine.
