want to rally or at least try to rally my under powered, no wheel spin corolla, missed the chance to freeze my grass off cause my scheedule but waiting to try it out.

Ummm... sounds good to me. We're supposed to go to a wedding that day, but if it's "dress up, drive over to Clayton & sit around watching somebody get married" vs. "drive out to the field and abuse the S**T out of a Subaru Impreza all... freaking... day..." then I think you already know where I'll be.

Let me check with the land owner first, though - don't know if she has plans that include not having cars in the field all day.

I think it would need its own class...taxi. I need to go to Atlanta and put Falkner and his little girl car back on the trailer. It will be a battle of the Corgis down there.

impala rallycar, would not be the first big v-8 rally car, up in michigan or minnesota, a man races a mustang 5.0 on rally races, fast car, when he hooks up. also, triumph tr-8, another v-8 rally car, i dunno, up to you ...

Not sure about April 17th yet, I may be codriving a rally that weekend.

Doesn't sound like the best date for Kevin & mom either- any other ideas?

Actually, April 17 is fine with us - I just forgot to reply back with that information. :oops:

I wouldn't want to use that date if Carl isn't going to be able to make it, though.

How would May 8th work for everybody? That's the next Saturday I'd have available.

Also - anybody who wants to volunteer to come out & help smooth the field out some more &/or help with preparing the next course, please send me a pm. The usual deal applies regarding fun runs - I mean "course safety testing." :twisted:
