What he said. JL has been known to leave the oil plug out ALTOGETHER on more than one occassion. A friend of mine works for the company that insures them (local to me) and they had to pay more than one claim to a new engine on their behalf.
x3. Had a friend asking me to check her oil because the oil light kept coming on. She said no way it could be low, because it was just changed at Jiffy Lube. I had to add 4 quarts to bring it up to full.

Drain plug was in there, but they had forgotten to re-fill.
Also, mentioned to a friend that his auto trans was acting weird. He shrugged it off, and said that he had just had the fluid changed at Jiffy Lube. It quit working at all in Drive a few days later, so he asked me for help. After we added about 4 quarts of ATF, it started working again.
Needless to say, I don't advocate Jiffy Lube.
