Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any information about EBC redstuff ceramic brake pads? Some of the reviews are glowing and others are lukewarm. I can't get a good read on them.

Also other options include continuing with Hawk HPS, maybe going to HP+ or HP ceramic?

Mainly I daily drive my car + monthly autocross.

Suggestions?

I am wondering though, how many of those are streetable? I might just keep going with the Hawk HPS.

I am fond of the Axxis ULT (aka Axxis Ultimate) pads that I have used on my Civic.

I was too on my ITR, except the dust on the blingy white wheels. Buy the "PBR" version for $10-20 cheaper if you can find them. They're identical.

I put those on the Vette. They are fine for daily driving. Very low dust. Comes off easy. Stopping power is not bad. Definitely not aggressive enough for AX. I found the HP+ to be a good AX pad for my liking if you go with Hawks.

+1 on Ultimates. Have them on the M3 and 330. Putting them on the Lemons race car too. Good stuff for anything except high-level track groups.

Ouch! I just put on new rotors and Axxis ULT pads day before yesterday. I am embarrassed to say that I paid about twice what you would pay for the PBR version. I wasn’t aware it was the same pad.

They do dust, but I can live with it.

I've liked the Axxis pads for mixed use too. I'll probably go back to them for street/AX use.

Is that Integra going to be fast enough to need those kind of pads in the Lemons race?

Haha, keep laughing while we LAP your slow-ass dog of a race car. Beware our secret anti-tailgater weapon of DOOM. You've been warned!

Honestly, I'll be surprised if we either (a) finish the race, or (b) don't crash into something (some members of the team may have a, er, reputation for balling up perfectly good cars)

We never tailgate! That is the kiss of death at a Lemons race.

We'll see about the passing. We might break too, but I think we learned our lessons last time about aggressive driving.
