Wondering if anyone has suggestions for the problem I'll be tackling later this afternoon. I am assembling two 6x3' plastic sheds for tire storage directly behind the back wall of my garage. I have laid down a block patio which maintains the slight fall or slope away from the building, probably 1" over the 3' deep pad.

I thought the lean wouldn't bother me but with the sheds up, it does. Now I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to shim the sheds. They have a plastic "floor" which is not rigid enough for spot shims, so all or most of the floor must be supported. Probably 50% of the area would need support.

I started looking for large pressure treated wood or plastic shim panels but it looks like there is nothing. Next idea was to buy some PT plywood and add cut-down 2x4 shims to the bottom of that, but that's sounding like a lot of work.

I don't want to level the patio since I want to maintain drainage off the pad. But if I don't think of any easier options I may need to do that. Grrr.

Next is to wander the aisles of HD looking for something. Any ideas?

What water will collect on the blocks that needs to drain, assuming the patio is about the same size as the sheds?

Otherwise, pressure treated plywood shimmed with 2x4 would be my suggestion.

I should have said "I don't want to level the patio since my back already hurts from building it the first time" :)

That is an important caveat :D Glad I read that before posting my suggestion.
