I got all my parts for the suspension and put them together this weekend. These are GR-2s with uncut '86 Cabriolet springs.
I also checked the valve adjustment a while back, one tight exhaust valve and no shims to be had, finally got the correct one and swapped that in as well.
And my hand position blocks the oil pres. light so I replaced it with a trailer clearance light just above the steering column.
One wheel is out at Hubcap Heaven waiting for a new SP60 and tube to replce the one I holed at OCS
This Thursday the new susp. goes in and I am going to give zero toe and zero camber a try.

Steve R. and I just installed a new set of KYB GR-2s on the General this past Saturday.

We are looking forward to keeping the wheels ON the ground at the next event. :)

Just like some of the national level autocrossers with Motons and other expensive shocks, now you can brag that "My shocks cost more than my whole car"

There, now it makes sense. Those $200 shocks have got to be worth more than that car is worth now!!

Worth is too subjective. The General has never let me down. I can't say that about my DD/track car. Would we sell the General for $400? Nope!

It's just a damn good car.
