Does anyone have suggestions on a good place (Durham/RTP) to get the ends of some aluminum tubing beaded? My guess is some sort of sheet metal fabrication shop...suggestions/anyone have prior experience?

I might be able to do it with a bead roller if the tubing is big enough.
I could easily trade the rolling for a tiny bit of tig on a muffler

This is smaller (1.5" and 5/8") diameter tubing. I have a metalworking device that will do it for a larger diameter tube.

Like intercooler pipes, for example? :D

Depends on the OD of the tubing. I don't think it will work for smaller Miata intercooler pipes. I've fit a 2.75" pipe in it, maybe 2.5"...I'll have to check it again...it definitely won't work with 1.5".

That Bead Form is starting sound like an appealing toy to have around...
