Hmmm I've had a little experience with this recently.
Honestly, I don't think the brand matters much unless you're building hp. The clutches in both my CRX's are cheapie parts-stores units which seem be holding up fine. The only clutch that gave me trouble was a (used) ACT clutch I got with some other parts. I think I messed it up due to slightly tighter tolerances than stock and the frustration of trying to get it running at the last minute.
It is fairly straight forward and you don't need to drop the entire transmission to change the clutch/pressure plate. I was able to slide it over and rest it on the radius rod to get enough room.
The only potential tool-store trip is if you don't have a 5/8" punch to get the "bitch" pin out of the gear selector. I found that the 5/8" punch that Sears carries is the perfect size and it only takes a couple of whacks with a hammer.
If you need any help besides actually lifting the transmission, just let me know.
