Ok, so it appears that the crush washer worked!! Thanks to Mike for thinking of it, and thanks to Jeb for having the part that worked! As of right now, I'm leak free and proud of it! :P

Glad I could help!

Well, it was fun while it lasted. This morning as I'm driving in to work, I hear the unmistakable loud noise that indicated that the sensor worked it's way out again. I'm tightening it down again and will be picking up a bolt to go ahead and put in it's place to try and keep this from happening again. I may even end up going the lock-tite route after all as well. Oh well.

Dude, wtf? Is the hole stripped or something? I don't see how this keeps happening.

Don't know. Dale and Patrick are looking to see if they have something they can send me. If not, I'm just gonna hit the local hardware store and pick up a bolt and some lock-tite and be done with it.

Drill a small hole through the point of one of the flats that you tighten the sensor to the the up pipe and safety wire it so it can't turn out.

This is the reason I got an up-pipe with the EGT delete when I had my 2005. Wiring in the resistor to make the computer happy after you remove the EGT took all of 5 minutes.
