I discovered after the last autocross that I had a lot of grease on my passenger side suspension components on the crx. The cv boot had torn and grease was coming out of the joint.
Today I replaced the axle and my car is pulling hard to the right under acceleration. I noticed just a little bit of pull to the right while coasting and none under braking. Prior to changing the axle the car was fine.
I checked tire pressure and it is fine on both sides. I will admit I haven't had the car realigned after installing new springs and shocks but this hard pull to the right wasn't present after installing that stuff.
This pull to the right is too excessive to just be the crown of the road or torque steer.
Any ideas? I am baffled. I think maybe I should replace the driver's side axle also but it seems fine?
